Questions & Answers
These are the real questions our concierge answers every week, with the same answers we give on the phone. If yours is not here, ask us. Someone is on the line at any hour.
Tell us the date and time, where we are picking you up and where you are going, and how many of you there are with luggage. That is enough for us to come back with one car and one price.
You can build a trip on this site, send us a message on WhatsApp, or call. All three reach the same concierge.
The sooner the better for a specific vehicle, particularly at weekends and through December. For an airport run at short notice, ask anyway, because we often have something free.
A car is held on payment, not on promise. A fifty per cent deposit holds it.
If you would rather not pay yet we will still take the booking, but we will tell you plainly that the vehicle is not reserved until payment clears.
Usually, yes. Tell the concierge as early as you can and we will move it if the vehicle is free in the new window.
Rescheduling is free whenever the fleet can accommodate it.
Cancellations made more than twenty-four hours before pickup receive a full refund of what you have paid.
Later than that, a fee may apply depending on what has already been committed to preparing the vehicle. Tell us as early as you can and we will be straight with you about what applies.
Yes. The chauffeur, the fuel and preparing the vehicle are all included in the rate you are quoted.
What sits outside it: any add-ons you choose, hours beyond the package you booked, and the state surcharge on interstate trips. We will say so before you pay, not after the trip.
We send a payment link by WhatsApp or email. It takes card, bank transfer or USSD.
We do not take cash for bookings, and we will never ask for your card details over the phone or in a message.
There is fifteen minutes' grace. After that, unplanned extra time is charged per vehicle at twice the car's hourly rate, and part of an hour counts as a whole one.
It is much cheaper to ask before the window closes than after. An extension agreed in advance is charged at the car's ordinary extension rate. The doubled rate is for time we did not know you were taking, because that car was usually promised to somebody else.
Either way the concierge tells you the figure before the hour is incurred, not when the invoice arrives.
Yes. Monthly invoicing rather than paying for each trip. Send us the company name, roughly how much travel you expect and who we should deal with, and we will set it up.
For a first single trip the rate is the rate. For regular or multi-day business, talk to us, because there is usually something sensible to be done.
Yes. Every photograph on this site is one of our own vehicles. None of it is stock imagery.
Yes, in the VIP wing, along with sports cars, vintage cars, electric vehicles and luxury buses.
Those are arranged and priced for the occasion rather than listed at a fixed rate, because what they cost depends on the date, the length and what else is out. Tell us the day and the occasion and we will come back with a figure.
Often, yes. Send the vehicle, your dates and a budget and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it and by when. We will not promise a car we have not confirmed.
For VIP bookings and weddings, yes, we will arrange a viewing. For a standard airport run it is rarely worth your time, and we are happy to send photographs of the actual vehicle instead.
We send a replacement from our own fleet. That is the advantage of owning the cars rather than brokering them.
Every booking is chauffeur-driven. The chauffeur is part of the rate, not an extra.
We track the flight. That is why we ask for the flight number when you book, and it is why a delay is our problem rather than yours: the chauffeur moves with it.
At the kerb, and he will call you when you land.
If you add Meet and Greet he waits inside arrivals with a name board instead, which is what most people want after a long flight.
On a tracked flight, until you are through. For a city pickup, ask the concierge when you book and we will tell you the current policy rather than guess at one.
Yes. Tell us how many cases you have when you book so we send a vehicle with room for them. It is the easiest problem to prevent and the most annoying one to discover at the kerb.
Customs clearing, express check-in and check-out, and baggage claim, handled for you at the airport. It is arranged by the concierge and is separate from the drive itself.
Yes. Interstate travel is priced from the vehicle's base rate plus a surcharge for the state you are going to.
On overnight trips, fuel beyond the agreed itinerary and the chauffeur's accommodation are yours unless we agree otherwise in advance, so tell us the full itinerary and we will fold it into one figure rather than leave it to be settled on the road.
Yes, and it is worth telling us it is a wedding. Timing, decoration, where the car waits and how many vehicles you need are all different for an event, and the concierge will plan it with you rather than just sending a car.
We offer security-trained chauffeurs, armoured vehicles and escort vehicles. Rates for escorts vary by region, so ask and we will quote it for your route.
Tell us the date, the pickup and where you are going. We will come back with one car and one price. No call centre, no queue.
