Every booking is subject to the version of these terms current when it was accepted. We record which version you accepted and when, so a charge can always be checked against the rule you actually agreed to.
Instant quotes on the platform are calculated from our published rate card. Items marked as estimates require confirmation by the H06 concierge before they are final. For custom-quote services (exotic vehicles, security escorts), a deposit may be required at the time of booking with the balance due before the trip commences.
H06 Rentals accepts card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money via our secure payment partner, as well as direct bank transfer arranged through the concierge. A booking is held once payment or a deposit is received, and confirmed once the concierge verifies availability. A vehicle is reserved on payment rather than on request: until a deposit clears, the car remains available to other clients.
All vehicle hires are chauffeur-driven. Self-drive is not offered. Chauffeurs are vetted professionals; security-trained (spy police) chauffeurs are available on request. On interstate trips, fuel beyond the agreed itinerary and chauffeur accommodation for overnight stays are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Plans change, so tell the concierge as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund of amounts paid. Later cancellations may attract a fee depending on preparation already committed. Rescheduling is free when the fleet can accommodate it.
Airport pickups include flight tracking and reasonable arrival waiting. Beyond the booked window there is a grace period of 15 minutes, after which time is charged per vehicle at twice the vehicle's pro-rata hourly rate, being its twelve-hour rate divided by twelve and doubled. On a vehicle booked at ₦170,000 for twelve hours, an overstayed hour is ₦28,333.33. Part of an hour counts as a full hour: one minute past the hour begins the next one. The concierge will always tell you the figure before the hour is incurred. An extension agreed in advance is charged at the vehicle's ordinary extension rate instead, which is lower. It is worth asking before the window closes rather than after.
We own our fleet, so if the vehicle assigned to your booking becomes unavailable we replace it from our own cars. A substitute will be of the same class or better and never at a higher price than you were quoted. Where several units of a model exist, your booking is against the model rather than a specific car. The vehicle you booked, the vehicle that was sent and the reason for any substitution are all recorded against your booking.
A client's first booking with H06 Rentals in a calendar year receives 10%. Their next booking in that same year receives 5%. Subsequent bookings in the year are charged at the published rate. The entitlement resets each January. Discounts apply to priceable lines only and not to items awaiting concierge confirmation, and they may be combined with corporate monthly invoicing terms.
Clients are responsible for damage caused by their party beyond normal use. H06 Rentals maintains comprehensive insurance on all fleet vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, road closures or security situations, though the concierge will always work alternatives.
